OrchardGate offers a quiet neighborhood for young professionals, young families and retired individuals looking for a friendly apartment community. We have a community room to host birthday parties, business meetings and showers, for brides and babies! The community room seats 60 people and has round and rectangular tables, plus a full size kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and abundant cabinet space. It is outfitted with separate men’s and women’s restrooms, and has access to cable and Internet.

Centrally located in the community is also a large, coin-operated, laundry room. With a front-load washer, eight conventional washers and 12 dryers, you will find plenty of options for your clothes-washing needs. It is open 24 hours with video surveillance for added safety. You will also find vending machines and a restroom available in the laundry room.

OrchardGate has always been a family-owned and operated community. Ray Funke, owner and manager, makes sure to know everyone on a first name basis. “OrchardGate has been blessed through the years with truly outstanding residents. I have had parents, then their children and then their grandchildren make their home here.
